Andrei Popovici

Andrei Popovici is a seasoned Packet Core/5G SA Core/VoLTE E2E Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications field. They completed research internships at various esteemed institutions, including the Université de Bretagne Occidentale and the Military Technical Academy, where they contributed to projects on synchronization algorithms and traffic optimization in networks. Andrei worked at Cisco from 2015 to 2021, focusing on testing and troubleshooting Packet Core and VoLTE solutions, and held engineering roles at Ericsson, where they were responsible for the integration and deployment of Packet Core nodes. They earned a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the University Politehnica of Bucharest.
