Ankur Goel

Ankur Goel is an experienced IT Service Manager who currently handles the entire portfolio of SDAP Network Infrastructure at Ericsson. They previously served as a Recovery Leader and Incident Manager at the same company from 2019 to 2022. Ankur's earlier experience includes working as a Service Desk Specialist at Orange Business Services from 2007 to 2012 and as a Network Engineer at HCL INFINET LTD from 2006 to 2007. They hold a B.Tech in Information Technology from Galglotia College of Engineering and Technology, which they completed in 2005.
