Armando Sousa

Armando Sousa is an experienced Implementation Manager Lead at Ericsson since January 2021, overseeing operations related to AT&T in South Florida. Prior to this role, Armando held various positions at Ericsson from May 2007 to October 2020, including Network Performance Manager, Solution Architect, and Senior Network Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from coordinating RAN roll-outs and system testing for 5G trials to KPI analysis and LTE troubleshooting. Armando's technical expertise encompasses integration, configuration, and capacity planning for WCDMA and LTE networks. Armando holds a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the National Experimental Polytechnic of the Armed Forces University in Venezuela, obtained in 2007.
