Arvind Kumar is an experienced professional with a strong background in solution and service delivery across various telecommunications companies. Currently serving as the Head of Solution and Service Delivery for BSS, OSS and IT Platform at Ericsson since April 2022, Arvind oversees the full PnL of the OSS/BSS domain, focusing on business outcomes, sales, pre-sales, and delivery. Prior experience includes a role as Program Head at Tech Mahindra, managing customer delivery for the Rakuten Japan account, and several positions at Nokia where responsibilities spanned program management, business development, and support services for various cloud-based solutions. Arvind holds an Executive MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
