Basant Sharma

Basant Sharma has over 20 years of experience in IT service management and project management. Since June 2012, Basant has worked at Ericsson as a Process Manager, focusing on the IT Operational Process Framework for Problem, Knowledge, and Patch & Vulnerability Management Processes, as well as managing the IT Exemption Process. Prior to this role, Basant served as an IT Project Manager under the IT Hygiene Program, where the establishment of a Patch Management Process and Tool was implemented with Vulnerability Management Integration. Basant's earlier career includes roles as Team Lead at Tech Mahindra, Shift Lead in Managed Services at IBM NETSOL, and positions in the C & I Department at HCL Infinet Limited. Basant holds a degree in Commerce from Delhi University, completing studies from 2000 to 2003.
