Beatrice Backlund

Beatrice Backlund is the Head of Hospitality Experience at Ericsson, where they are part of the Global Workplace team, implementing corporate hospitality strategies and enhancing workplace experiences. Previously, they served as the Head of Talent & Learning at Doconomy, where they developed people processes for a fast-growing climate tech start-up. Beatrice's experience spans various roles in hospitality and client experience, including management positions at Baur au Lac and client coaching roles at FIFA and Baker McKenzie. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management and are currently pursuing a certification as a Professional Coach.
