Ben Winter is the Head of Business and Government Legal Affairs at Ericsson, leading a global team of over 30 legal professionals and advising senior leadership on geopolitical and national security issues. With extensive experience in corporate governance, cybersecurity, and mergers & acquisitions, they have held senior roles at Leidos and Lockheed Martin, earning numerous awards for service and leadership. Ben's legal career began with positions at IBM and Venable LLP, following a judicial clerkship at the United States Court of Federal Claims. They hold a Doctor of Law, magna cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of William and Mary.
