Boban Ivanovski

Boban Ivanovski is currently the Head of the Global Lean Six Sigma Chapter in Business Operations at Ericsson. With a passion for managing change and fostering teamwork, Boban has held various roles at Ericsson, including Improvement and Performance Manager and Strategy Execution Manager, where they led key strategic initiatives and drove business process improvements. Prior to Ericsson, Boban gained experience as a Management Consultant at Volvo Technology and a Digitalization Consultant at ALMI Företagspartner. They hold a Master's degree in International Business and Trade from the University of Gothenburg and a Bachelor's degree in E-Business Management from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.
