Bridget Krott

Bridget Krott is currently the Head of Project Office & Business Operations at Ericsson, a position they have held since 2014. With a strong background in project management and operational excellence, they have previously served as the Head of Total Quality Management and Operational Excellence Manager, spearheading organisational change and continuous process improvement. Bridget began their career in project administration at Ericsson Eurolab Deutschland GmbH from 1996 to 1999. They are also pursuing an MBA in Marketing and a Graduate Certificate of Management from the University of Ballarat.
