Caesar Thuita, MSc, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Business Support Systems (BSS) engineering and support, primarily within the telecommunications sector. At Ericsson from April 2012 to March 2019, Caesar held multiple roles, including Senior BSS Support Engineer, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and optimizing customer networks in the MMEA region, and as a Senior Integration BSS Engineer, focusing on the design and implementation of BSS projects for over 20 mobile operators in Africa. Previously, as a Senior Professional Services Engineer at Aspire Technology Limited, incident management was performed for Digicel's networks across 31 countries. Caesar also has experience as a Systems Engineer at the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority and as a Senior Systems Analyst Programmer/Developer at Telkom Kenya. Caesar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nairobi and is pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the European Business Institute of Luxembourg.
