Cajsa Forsell

Cajsa Forsell is currently the Head of People for Core Network Engineering at Ericsson, where they focus on Human Capital management, including recruitment, training and development, and employer branding. They previously served as an HR Manager at Veolia Norden, where they developed HR processes and managed operational HR efforts across Sweden and Norway. Cajsa has extensive experience in complex organizational frameworks and strategic alignment with business agendas. They hold a bachelor's degree in Personnel, Work and Organization from Stockholm University and completed a Women in Leadership program at Veolia.
