Caroline Jacobson is currently the Head of AI System Management at Ericsson, where they lead the integration of scalable and responsible AI within product and platform strategies. Caroline completed a Ph.D. at Linköping University, where they conducted research on fast reconstruction algorithms and published several papers. Over their extensive career at Ericsson, they have held various managerial and technical roles, driving advancements in telecommunications and AI technology. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys playing padel, learning Spanish, and engaging with the community in Spain.
