Caroline Kåre is currently the Head of Internal Control & Financial Audit at Ericsson, where they have held various roles since 2004. Previously, they served as a Supply Chain Manager and Business Controller in different capacities within the company until 2007. After a break, Kåre returned to Ericsson as a Business Controller for Global Service Operations from 2014 to 2016. They hold a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Luleå University of Technology and a Business Performance Diploma from Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education.
