Chaitali Kumar

Chaitali Kumar is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Information Technology and Telecom. They held various leadership roles at Ericsson, including Service Delivery Leader, where they led resource management and business process automation, and were recognized for spearheading a CMMI Level 5 assessment in record time. Previously, at Tata Consultancy Services, Chaitali was a Process Excellence Lead responsible for delivery assurance and external certifications for a vast organization. They possess a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Jadavpur University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, where they graduated as a faculty gold medalist.
