Chanse Allen

Chanse Allen is currently the Sourcing Functional Development Manager at Ericsson, where they focus on strategic sourcing and optimizing supplier value through Supplier Relationship Management and Category Sourcing methodologies. Chanse previously held roles at Ericsson as a Sourcing Consultant and Head of Supplier Relationship Management. Earlier in their career, they served as a Radio Maintenance Technician in the US Air Force and were a Field Technician at Western Technical Services. Chanse also worked as a National Resource Manager at Telecom Network Specialists and as a Contracts and Staffing Manager at Multipoint Wireless LLC. They earned an Associate of Arts degree in Electronics from the Community College of the Air Force.
