Charley Lang

Charley Lang has extensive experience in network deployment and core network engineering, with a career spanning over two decades in prominent telecommunications companies. Currently serving as the Head of Network Deployment Systems Management in the Service Area Network at Ericsson since October 2009, Charley has been involved in the deployment of 4G, 5G, and Cloud RAN networks. Prior roles at Ericsson include managing product-related services and overseeing core network engineering within CDMA technologies. Before joining Ericsson, Charley worked at Nortel from October 2000 to September 2009, holding positions as a Core Wireless Network Engineering Advisor and Manager, specializing in CDMA and GSM/UMTS Core Networks and IMS. Charley holds a Master's degree in Digital Image Processing from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, attained between 1981 and 1988.
