Chetna M. has extensive experience in learning and development (L&D) across multiple organizations, including Ericsson and HCL Technologies. At Ericsson, Chetna served as Director - Global DEI Learning Lead and currently leads L&D activities across Global Delivery Centers, collaborating with leadership to identify training needs and craft talent strategies. Prior experience at HCL Technologies includes roles as General Manager of Performance Consulting and Talent Development, where Chetna managed global teams and implemented learning solutions to enhance employee performance. Earlier in the career, Chetna held the position of Head Learning Center at Escosoft Ltd. Chetna holds an Advanced Business Leadership Programme from the Indian School of Business and a Master of Computer Applications degree from Jadavpur University.
