Clara Paz is the Head of Customer Solution for Colombia and the Caribbean. Clara has extensive experience in various managerial roles within Ericsson, including Program Director and Head of Customer Operations, where they oversaw multiple projects and clients across Latin America. Clara's educational background includes a degree in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications from Universidad del Cauca, as well as a Master’s in Project Management from Universidad del Rosario. Currently, Clara is pursuing an Executive MBA at EADA Business School.
