Head of SL Operate (Managed Services) MELA

Cristina Dan is the Head of Managed Services for MELA, bringing extensive experience from Ericsson, where they held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Quality & Performance Management and Customer Project Manager. Prior to Ericsson, Cristina worked at Vodafone and its Romanian branch in various capacities, culminating in positions such as Project Manager in Customer Operations Strategy and Team Leader. They began their career at LEADERS Foundation as an Assistant Project Manager. Cristina holds a Master's degree in Management and Business Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the National University of Political and Administrative Studies in Romania, along with a Mini-MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
