Cristina Parente is the Head of Network Services for Market Area Europe and Latin America at Ericsson. Previously, they held various strategic roles at Ericsson from 2010 to 2016, including Head of IT & Cloud Business Operations and Head of Competence Domain OSS, BSS, and Media & Apps in the Mediterranean region. Cristina has a Licentiate degree in Telecommunications from Instituto Superior Técnico and completed executive programs at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Columbia Business School, and Kellogg Executive Education.
