Cynthia Williams

Cynthia Williams has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Network Provisioning Manager II at Ericsson since September 2009. In this role, Cynthia develops and implements processes and inventory systems to support Sprint's LTE network and transition to an Ethernet-based backhaul solution, while also creating training programs for internal staff and vendors. Prior to Ericsson, Cynthia worked at Sprint from December 2000 to September 2009 in various management positions, including Senior Manager of Systems Analysis and Industry Representation and Senior Manager of Network Provisioning, where responsibilities included managing IT relationships, system enhancements, and the physical delivery of trunk orders. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from the University of Central Missouri, obtained between 1976 and 1980.
