Daniel Valencia is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Solution Delivery for Cloud and 5G Core at Ericsson Spain since May 2008. Daniel also leads global customer support for the Charging system Altamira across Europe, Argentina, and Uruguay. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions at Ericsson from May 1996 to March 2008, including NOC and Line Manager, Managed Services Contract Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and R&D and System Support Engineer. Daniel earned a degree in Telecomunicaciones from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, completing the program from 1989 to 2004.
