Daniela Schneider is an international Human Resources Executive with 20 years of experience in diverse global environments. Currently, they serve as the Head of People Customer Unit Western Europe at Ericsson, where they develop and implement a People Agenda focusing on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, talent acquisition, and workforce integration. Daniela has previously held HR leadership positions at companies including INVERTO, Nokia Siemens Networks, Bosch, and Nokia, where they championed strategic HR initiatives and talent development. They also hold multiple educational qualifications, including a legal education from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster.
