Darren Bush

Darren Bush is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition within Group Function Global Operations at Ericsson since October 2019. In this role, Darren is responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy across a diverse organization while implementing effective employer branding tactics. Prior to this, Darren held various leadership positions at Ericsson, including Head of Talent Acquisition Tech Innovation and Product Owner for TA Digital Transformation, where significant global recruitment enhancements were achieved. Darren's earlier experience includes leading implementation teams at Medacs Global Group and Clarity, contributing to operational success within managed services. Additionally, Darren co-founded the London Startup Scene, promoting entrepreneurship through an online platform. With a BSc in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the University of Reading, Darren has built a solid foundation in talent acquisition and project management throughout a diverse career.
