Deep Bastia

Deep Bastia is currently the Service Delivery Director for Enterprise and Private Networks at Ericsson, where they oversee presales engagement and implementation of network solutions for major partners in North America. Previously, Deep held various leadership roles at Ericsson, including Engineering Service Delivery Director, where they established a high-performing offshore support center and led significant improvements in customer support. With a strong focus on business transformation and IoT initiatives, they have demonstrated a consistent ability to drive operational efficiencies and enhance service delivery across multiple regions. Deep is currently pursuing a Master's in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Operations and Strategic Management.
