Diane Jiang is currently a Senior Legal Counsel for APAC at Red Hat and has been with the company since 2016. Previously, Diane served as Senior Group Legal Counsel for Region China & North East Asia at Ericsson from 2008, where they undertook a short-term assignment in Hong Kong in 2015. Before that, Diane worked as a Legal Counsel at BEA Systems (China) Co. Ltd. and as a Junior Legal Counsel at Gemplus China. Diane holds an LL.B. from Peking University and an LL.M. from American University Washington College of Law.
