Dr. Torsten Pfeifer

Dr. Torsten Pfeifer is currently the Head of IPR Development & Execution at Ericsson, where they lead an international team of about 25 IPR professionals to enhance operational excellence and drive change. Previously, they served as Head of Patent Creation Area 2, managing Ericsson’s patent units and developing strategic patent portfolios. With a solid background in patent law and extensive experience in the telecom and information technology sectors, Dr. Pfeifer has held various roles at leading companies, including AMO GmbH and EADS. They earned a Dr.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Physics from RWTH Aachen University.
