Edward Watt

Edward Watt has extensive experience in managed services within Ericsson, having held several key positions since 1998. Initially served as Manage Service Product Manager, contributing to the development of the "Blue Print" for Manage Services. Later, assumed the role of Head of Managed Services for South East Asia, overseeing service delivery in the region. Edward then progressed to Head of Manage Services ANZA from January 2009 to May 2010, responsible for both service delivery and profit loss in Australia and New Zealand. Currently, Edward leads the Operate Flow division in India, managing operational services for multiple global customers and overseeing a team of over 5,500 engineers across various technologies and locations in India.
