Eric Neault is a Lead Architect at Ericsson, where they lead the Gen AI strategy for a global technology organization, focusing on architecting an AI-powered knowledge base to enhance organizational leadership. With over 15 years of experience in full-stack systems engineering, Eric has previously created a company-wide observability service that yielded significant cost savings.
