Eva Hedin

Eva Hedin is an Operational Development Manager at Ericsson, where they focus on change management and Lean methodologies. With a Master's Degree in Material Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Eva has held various roles throughout their career, including Quality Change Leader and Manager Quality Engineering at Ericsson. They spearheaded the introduction of the Robust Design way of working and have a strong background in IC product packaging and technical sales. Eva’s expertise lies in integrating processes to enhance product quality and drive operational excellence.
