Evelin Kängsepp is currently the Change Lead for Industry 4.0 at Ericsson, where they focus on driving organizational transformation and human empowerment. They have previously served as a Project Manager and Local Process Architect within Ericsson, overseeing supply chain processes and ensuring operational excellence. Evelin's past roles also include Sales Manager at Southwestern Advantage, where they honed their skills in recruitment and public speaking. With a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from TalTech and training from the Excellerate Global Leadership Program, Evelin combines strategic insight with a passion for making impactful, people-centric changes in organizations.
