Frans Askensen

Frans Askensen is a passionate and results-oriented leader currently serving as a Program Manager at Ericsson, where they drive global programs and oversee various aspects of technology, business, personnel, and strategy. Previously, they held multiple leadership roles within Ericsson, including Head of Learning in Business Area Digital Services and Head of Portfolio Competence & Technical Certification Units, managing personnel and budget responsibilities across teams. Frans also contributed to the research and development sector at Ellemtel Utvecklings AB, designed software solutions as a Consultant Software Designer at Prevas, and served as a System Manager and Software Designer at Svenska Handelsbanken. They earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Kungliga tekniska högskolan and studied Swedish language at Stockholm University.
