Fredrik Westin

Fredrik Westin has extensive experience in strategic business planning and execution, currently serving as Vice President of Strategy & Planning at Ericsson since August 2007, where responsibility includes overseeing a ~$9 billion business and guiding multi-stakeholder processes. Fredrik has held various leadership positions within Ericsson, including Senior Director of Strategy Execution and Consulting Managing Director, successfully delivering high-impact projects and enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior to Ericsson, Fredrik worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Associate, serving diverse C-suite clients and leading significant projects across multiple industries. Fredrik's career began as a Senior Software Engineer at CoSine Communications, and education includes advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and Linköpings Tekniska Högskola.
