Garima Bajpai is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in driving customer experience and product development at Ericsson since May 2009. As a section manager, Bajpai has led diverse teams including portfolio and program managers, data scientists, and software architects, and has successfully crafted a multi-million dollar portfolio for Open RAN products. Concurrently, Bajpai serves as a strategic advisor at Cloud Canaries Inc., founded the Canada DevOps Community of Practice, and is actively involved in advisory roles for Algonquin College and Packt. As chair of various initiatives, including the Canada chapter of DevOps for PeopleCert, Bajpai emphasizes open-source advocacy, community engagement, and strategic leadership in emerging technologies, while pursuing a PhD in Information Technology at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad.
