Gilberto Batistao

Gilberto Batistao is an experienced finance professional with a background in various roles within Ericsson from February 2018 to March 2024, including serving as the CFO for the Unit Malaysia, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh and as both the Business Controller for the region and Brazil. Responsibilities included acting as a financial consultant in the commercial area, collaborating with sales teams, and driving financial performance. Prior to these roles, Gilberto started as a trainee in the Financial Contract Management department at Ericsson, focusing on receivable forecasting and contract financial management. Earlier experience includes a position as a Financial Analyst at Natura in the human resources department, managing operational expenses and supplier relations. Educational qualifications include a degree in Economics from FECAP and a postgraduate degree from FAAP.
