Giovanni Vozzi

Giovanni Vozzi is a Senior Cloud Deployment and Support Engineer at Ericsson, where they focus on private cloud solutions and customer projects, leveraging their extensive knowledge of NFVi and Kubernetes-based products. Over the past five years, they have honed their skills in analyzing and resolving end-to-end issues while maintaining strong customer relationships. Before this role, Giovanni worked as a Service Engineer, gaining valuable experience in the core network infrastructure and serving in various roles, including technical coordinator and solution architect for a significant network modernization project. Their education includes a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, where they are currently pursuing an additional Bachelor's degree.
