Giuseppe Moschetti

Giuseppe Moschetti is a Master Researcher at Ericsson, specializing in IoT and low-power devices for ubiquitous 6G systems. With over 17 years of experience in RF/microwave research and development, engaged in innovative projects across companies such as Low Noise Factory AB and Fraunhofer IAF, Giuseppe has developed expertise in MMIC design and high-frequency applications. They earned a Master of Science in Microelectronics Engineering with distinction from the University of Catania, and their Ph.D. research focused on High Electron Mobility Transistors for advanced electronic applications. Throughout their career, Giuseppe has supervised PhD students and contributed to multiple research projects, including work in collaboration with Chalmers University of Technology and the University of Lille.
