Heather Johnson is an experienced business leader who drives global sustainability initiatives at Ericsson. Currently serving as Vice President of Group Sustainability, Heather focuses on building corporate resilience and creating stakeholder value while advocating for the role of technology in achieving Sustainable Development Goals. Previously, Heather held various leadership roles in sustainability and corporate responsibility, where they managed strategic programs and stakeholder engagement with key organizations such as the UN and the World Economic Forum. Heather earned an MBA in Marketing from Santa Clara University and a BA in History from Villanova University.
