Herbert Pan

Herbert Pan is an experienced professional with a strong background in network security and transformation, currently serving as the Head of Transformation & Network Security at Ericsson since November 2006. Herbert's responsibilities include deploying advanced tools and processes for Managed Services in Malaysia, focusing on enhancing service delivery through machine learning and automation. Previously, Herbert held various leadership positions, including Managed Service Chief Operation Officer for Dialog and Program Manager for U Mobile Managed Operations. Prior experience includes roles at Alcatel Network Systems (M) and NTT MSC, where Herbert contributed to pre-sales support and managed IT services, respectively. Herbert holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Communications Systems from the University of Hertfordshire and a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from INTI College.
