Ilana Cotrim has a diverse background in supply chain management and internal communications, with professional experience in various industries. Ilana served as a Supply Chain and Logistics Analyst at Trelleborg Group from 2011 to 2014, focusing on purchase order management and international freight optimization. Ilana further developed skills as a Supply Chain Analyst at URGO and Embraer, where responsibilities included managing purchasing processes, negotiating contracts, and enhancing supplier performance. Currently, Ilana holds the position of Internal Communications Specialist at Ericsson, responsible for impactful communication strategies that support business objectives and engage employees.
