Ivan Utkin

Ivan Utkin has substantial experience in telecommunications, particularly in 5G support and network optimization. At Ericsson from October 2022 to February 2024, Ivan served as a 5G Troubleshooting Expert and Line Manager for the Regional Support Center in Russia, focusing on customer support for major Russian mobile operators while ensuring service agreement KPIs were met with a competent team. Previously, Ivan held roles as a 5G Software Quality Assurance Operational Product Owner and Team Lead/Solution Architect, delivering professional services in the RAN area. Ivan's earlier experience includes serving as a Network Design and Optimization Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the delivery of services for a major Russian operator's network swap project, and as a Senior Services Engineer at Ericsson Russia, involved in testing and integration of various network nodes. Earlier career experience also includes designing a lawful intercept solution at Foratec, which successfully passed certification in Russia.
