Jaal Rangan is a B.Sc. graduate from Madurai Kamaraj University and is currently pursuing an MBA through the Amity Distant Learning Program. With extensive experience as a Senior Manager at Ericsson since 1996, Jaal plays a key role in operational development within the Market Unit India & Sri Lanka. They have established and maintained internal operational systems and have trained employees to foster a culture of quality. Prior to this, Jaal handled marketing activities for real estate projects at DCM Limited from 1990 to 1996. Jaal is also a certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 standards, and holds certification as an Ericsson Certified Supplier Code of Conduct Auditor.
