James Casassa

James (Jim) Casassa is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 24 years of experience in IT, Network, and Telecommunications. Currently serving as an IT Product Owner and Strategic Portfolio Manager at Ericsson, they lead cross-functional teams, manage product strategy, and drive Agile practices. Jim has also held roles at Verizon, where they excelled in managing high-impact projects and optimizing processes. Prior experience includes managing technical support and account relationships at AST Computers, and serving in the US Army as a Unit Supply Specialist. Jim holds an Associate of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Business and Economics from North Central Texas College.
