James Crosby is currently the VP of Business Development at Ericsson, where they are responsible for driving services growth in the North American Region. Previously, they served as VP of Operations at Ericsson from 2009 to 2013, leading a team focused on solution engineering and systems integration. Before that, James held the role of VP of Deployment Services at Nortel Networks from 2006 to 2009, managing a team of over 1,000 professionals in delivering Deployment Services across the Americas. James earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from North Central College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering at DeVry University.
