James Gitau

James Gitau is an IT Security Specialist with a strong passion for information security. They have extensive experience, having worked at Ericsson from 2020 to 2023, where they led the implementation of customer information security requirements and managed various security projects. Prior to this, James served as an Information Systems Security Administrator at the National Bank of Kenya, successfully reducing malware incidents and overseeing security tool deployment. They currently work as an Information Security Specialist in SOC operations at Kenya Commercial Bank, managing a team of SOC analysts and focusing on incident response and security monitoring. James holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Technical University of Kenya.
