Jan Misztal

Jan Misztal is a seasoned Line Manager and Product Development Leader at Ericsson, where they manage teams developing complex, telco-grade software systems. With extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments, Jan has been responsible for R&D activities and the competence buildup of various product teams. Jan's past roles include significant positions at Ericpol Telecom and Wind Telecom, where they honed their skills in project management and team leadership. Jan holds both an Engineer's degree in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Management and Marketing from AGH University of Science and Technology.
