Jason Chen has extensive experience in engineering leadership within the technology sector, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Ericsson since August 2023, focusing on software and firmware development for wireless WAN products. Prior to this role, Jason was a Sr. Director of Software Engineering at Cisco Systems from March 2001 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading software development for a wide range of IoT products and coordinating engineering across multiple global locations. Jason's earlier roles at Cisco included Director of Engineering and Sr. Software Development Manager, focusing on Catalyst switches and other networking solutions. Jason also held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Juniper Networks from October 2011 to November 2013, leading development for access and aggregation products.
