Jeffrey Marks

Jeffrey Marks is an experienced legal and policy executive in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Vice President for Government and Policy Advocacy at Ericsson since August 2023, Jeffrey previously held various leadership roles at Nokia from January 2011 to August 2023, including Vice President of Global Technology Policy and Regulatory Affairs and Head of Regulatory Affairs for North America. Prior experience includes Senior Legal Counsel at Tata Communications, where responsibilities involved facilitating global corporate integration and ensuring regulatory compliance, as well as positions at Latham & Watkins and Preston Gates Ellis & Rouvelas Meeds LLP, focusing on regulatory matters and advising on commercial contracts. Jeffrey holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in Government and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College.
