Jeffrey Stanier

Jeffrey Stanier is an R&D Leader at Ericsson, where they held various leadership roles from 2009 to 2019, including Director of Access Systems Design and Leader of Baseband Systems Design. Prior to Ericsson, Jeffrey worked at Nortel Networks for over a decade, contributing to CDMA systems design and serving as Director of Systems Design. Jeffrey began their career as a Defence Scientist at DREO from 1986 to 1996. They earned a Master of Science in Electromagnetics from the University of Manitoba and are currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of Ottawa.
