Jim Patterson

Jim Patterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network services and operations management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Network Services at Ericsson since July 2007, Jim oversees Sales and Operations for the Network Services Domain of the Global Customer Unit AT&T. Prior roles include Regional Vice President and Vice President of Sales at AT&T Customer Unit, and Executive Director of Project Operations. Jim's career also includes key positions at Wireless Facilities Inc. and Siemens Communications, as well as early experience at Motorola, where responsibilities spanned project management and engineering management for significant accounts. Jim holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Marquette University.
